Hold and Pickup Policy

• Transfers must be completed within 60 days of notification
• NFA items picked up within 60 days of approval
• Items may be considered abandoned after this period

Abandoned items may enter dealer inventory. Completed services remain non-refundable.

Services Rendered & Dispute Notice

Intake, documentation, ATF logging, and compliance handling constitute professional services. Disputes may be contested using service records.

Limitation of Responsibility

• Carrier delays
• Regulatory denials
• Missing sender documentation
• Third-party dealer actions
